Well, that explains why you were having issues. Mostly its just slow game startup because of enb. Unfortunately I had to, but ah well its MO2 so isnt that bad. I only posted here because if someone has a answer it means I dont need to go through 200+ mod packages disabling until whatever problem i has go away. Only thing I dont know how to use is dynalod. I know how to use MO2 and hate all other mod managers. I have cleaned my base files/mods, converted LE textures to SE, mods from LE to SE. (which i forgot about) Which was at one point compatible with enb but is no longer.Īlso i am moderately knowledgeable on modding. It was incompatibility wish Majestic mountains that has a option to move the sun. That feature of it alone makes the mod worthwhile. Its a lot like having an ENB, except you have a separate ENB for each of your save files. It lets you change brightness (both interior and exterior), saturation, and bloom. Its truly shocking the difference that it can make.Īs for changing the apperance of your game, vivid weathers is also a good option. I installed everything right and I have no idea how to remove my enbs!Īs for if its worth it, honestly using an ENB makes your game look like it got a complete texture overhaul. As for how to undo your install so you can re-do it, I don't know. You must have done something wrong while installing. (EDIT: don't forget that the ENB that you're wanting to use also requires the SE ENB Helper, so three pieces: basic framework (manual install), ENB Helper (mod manager install), and whatever version of Silent Horizons (manual install).Originally posted by IXBlackWolfXI:ENBs aren't normally that hard to install. Once that is in place, the presets and such that you get from the nexus can be installed according to whatever instructions the mod author gives you.

(the versions at the bottom are linked to the appropriate page with a download button at the bottom of that page) If you haven't already installed the basic framework for SE, you can get it here: Other pieces can be packed up into an archive for use with your preferred mod manager inside the Data directory. Some of those pieces need to be installed manually because they reside outside of the Data directory. There are several pieces that need to be in place for it to work. I don't use ENB on Skyrim (it's on my to-do list), but have started using it on FO4.
